Speaker identification is optional and is OFF by default. Only turn it on for people who have agreed to be monitored. Voice recognition is not perfect and should not be used as the only proof of who said something.
Each time you click Start Monitoring, a new session is created. The session records the matched words, counts, category totals, speaker setting and transcript snippets.

Add categories such as Swear Words, Respect / Abuse, YouTube Terms, Instagram Terms, or anything else. Add one word or phrase at a time. The app will count matches by category and word.
